We are not officially affiliated with, endorsed by, authorized by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected with the manufacturers, developers, or official brand owners of any SaaS tools or software distributed on our platform. This includes but is not limited to: OpenAI, Adobe Systems Inc., Canva Pty Ltd, Figma Inc., Lovable Pty Ltd, Notion Labs Inc., GitHub Inc., Microsoft Corp., and LinkedIn Corp.
All product names, logos, trademarks, brand names, and registered trademarks featured, referenced, or depicted on the LightningDeals platform belong exclusively to their respective intellectual property owners.

Because the subscription access slots sold on this platform operate on underlying networks owned and controlled by third-party software vendors, the availability, functionality, user interface, features, and continuous operation of these slots depend entirely on the respective vendor's platform and licensing policies.
We do not guarantee or warrant uninterrupted, permanent, or indefinitely unchanging access to any third-party software tool. Vendors occasionally update their regional licensing structures, corporate team configurations, or terms of service, which may impact active slots. In the event of a vendor-side change that restricts or terminates a slot, our sole liability and obligation is governed strictly by our Replacement Warranty (providing a prorated replacement or store credit), and we are not liable for any consequential business interruptions or data losses.
By purchasing a digital subscription activation seat or shared stack slot from us, you acknowledge and agree that your access is *not* a direct retail purchase from the official software vendor. Therefore, you may not be eligible for direct commercial support from the original vendor's corporate desk, and all support inquiries, technical troubleshooting, and replacements must be directed to the LightningDeals Help Desk via WhatsApp.
Under no circumstances shall LightningDeals, its developers, operators, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages (including, without limitation, loss of business profits, data corruption, projects failure, or creative downtime) arising out of the use or inability to use the purchased digital subscription slot, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our maximum financial liability to any customer under any circumstances is strictly capped at the purchase price paid for the active slot plan in question.
