Welcome to LightningDeals ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website at lightningdeals.online, registering an account, or purchasing any subscription slot from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Independent Reseller & Digital Access Nature

LightningDeals operates strictly as an independent secondary reseller and digital distribution platform. We procure legitimate, volume-based corporate licenses, team invites, and organizational group licenses from official third-party software developers, and distribute individual access slots or invite-based seats to our customers.

We are not officially affiliated with, endorsed by, authorized by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected with the manufacturers, developers, or brand owners of the software distributed on our platform. All trademarks and brand names are referenced strictly for nominative and descriptive purposes to identify the software associated with the digital access seat purchased.

2. Digital Services SLA & Delivery Windows

All plans sold on this platform represent digital services (credential sharing access, team invites, or cloud workspace configurations) and do not involve physical shipment or physical goods.

  • Delivery Window: Successful orders are processed digitally. Activation credentials or invite links are sent to your registered WhatsApp number and Email within 5 to 1Fastutes of payment confirmation during regular business hours (9:00 AM – 11:00 PM IST). During periods of peak server queue demand, activation may take up to 2 hours.
  • Accuracy of Information: You are solely responsible for ensuring that the Email and WhatsApp number entered during checkout are perfectly accurate. LightningDeals is not liable for credentials delivered to incorrect details provided by the customer.

3. Manual Renewal Requirement

To eliminate security risks associated with storing credit cards and protect customer privacy, LightningDeals does not support auto-renewals or automated recurring billing. We do not store payment card details, and all renewals are manual.

Active customers will receive a courtesy renewal alert via WhatsApp 3 days prior to slot expiration. To prevent service interruptions, customers must manually initiate and authorize a new payment through the customer portal or support desk to extend their access slot.

4. Replacement Warranty & Third-Party Platform Continuity

All active slots include our **Replacement Warranty** covering the entire purchased validity period. If a slot stops working or encounters an early revocation due to vendor-side license updates, we will:

  • Provide a fresh active slot or equivalent team invitation credentials within 24 hours of your report, OR
  • Issue a prorated refund for the remaining unused validity period of your subscription plan in the event that our technical desk is unable to provide a functional replacement.

Third-Party Platform Dependency: Since the services operate on third-party networks, we have no control over vendor policy updates or feature modifications. We do not guarantee permanent, uninterrupted, or indefinitely unchanging access to third-party tools, and vendor-side service modifications are covered solely under our replacement and prorated warranty guidelines.

5. Onboarding Eligibility & Account Gating

By registering on this platform or purchasing a plan, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. We reserve the right to restrict account access, lock credentials, or block IP addresses that are flagged by our database rate limiters or security firewalls due to suspicious or brute-force behavior.

6. Intellectual Property & Brand References

All third-party product names, logos, and brands featured on this website are the property of their respective owners. Our descriptive referencing of these trademarks is strictly nominative and does not imply any direct commercial partnership, joint venture, or endorsement between LightningDeals and the respective brand owners.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall LightningDeals, its developers, operators, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages (including, without limitation, loss of business profits, project failures, or creative downtime) arising out of the use or inability to use the purchased digital subscription slot. Our maximum aggregate financial liability under any circumstances is strictly capped at the purchase price paid for the active slot plan in question.
